Davide Anslmi combines his culinary skills of exquisite dishes made with fish caught around the island (sea bream, sea bass, mackerel and dolphinfish) or with sea food, or with fresh vegetables (only those in season), followed by a wide choice of fresh fruit, with his long term experience of the Mediterranean cuisine, then adds a personal touch; if you wish, all this can be downed with excellent wine from Elba.
Breakfast is very varied and plentiful, and all our cakes are home made.
